80s Gold are a tribute band to the decade of the beautiful and colourful 1980s!
Yes you remember those carefree “yuppie” days when men had big hair and more makeup than the ladies!
Where pop fashion was a major force on the Hi street and box cord jeans and tucker boots were a must on any night out!
Well here we go again! 80s Gold bring back those days to your party/function with all the sounds of the 1980s and the glamour too, and a lot more makeup to hide those older lines! There costumes are a caricatures of the decade and really capture the 80s pop fashion.
The artistes they perform in there set were the major movers and shakers in the 1980s and always fill the dance floor with hit after hit, artistes such as Spandau Ballet, Duran Duran, Soft Cell, OMD, Erasure, Level 42, Wham, Depeche Mode and many more.
The Band have been performing their 80s show for over a decade already and have performed all across the UK and some parts of Europe, from weddings to military functions And birthday parties too.
The band has a great sound and lighting system too, and combined with the costumes and songs it all comes together to recreate those 1980s Saturday nights out!
